Laboratories require constant ventilation with 100% outside air. This air is frequently used as make-up air for fume hoods. Alternatively, it may be used for dilution ventilation and cooling demand (in a life-science laboratory). In either case, costly outside air must be conditioned and positioned to provide a safe work environment for investigators. The cost to provide this important environment can range from $6/sq. ft./year up to $30/sq. ft./year or more.

For spaces that need to be monitored, we offer CRC room monitors. These full-color touch-screen monitors allow you to accurately monitor the pressure of a space and provide programmability to control and respond to dozens of devices in the zone, including (but not limited to) lighting, watering, housekeeping, and emergency modes. For areas that may have odors, we offer Genesis Air, state of the art technology for odor removal. As effluent leaves the building, we offer MK Plastics high-plume dilution blowers to pre-dilute and jettison effluent far from the building envelope. These fans give you an effective stack height without the architectural and structural challenges of a tall exhaust stack.
